NBC Bonded warehouse has had a final warehouse withdrawal of merchandise relating to a specific warehouse entry on December 3, 2010. The warehouse proprietor must review the permit file folder to ensure that all necessary documentation is in the file folder accounting for the merchandise covered by the entry; notify CBP of any merchandise covered by the warehouse entry, general order or seizure that has not been withdrawn or removed; and file the permit file folder with CBP no later than________, unless there is an exemption to the submission requirement granted at the discretion of the port director.
